Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use yerefy.property. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Yerefy Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, fix septic systems or drain fields, repair sewer lines or handle any other plumbing job. If someone works on your property, that person is an independent provider. It is never Yerefy Septic.

Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different. What fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

The prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs depend on the job, the location, the system design, the soil and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a problem. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. For questions about your coverage, contact your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Septic tanks and sewage can involve harmful gases, bacteria and deep open tanks. Never climb into a septic tank, and do not work near one that is open. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Get Paid

Yerefy Septic may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has more detail.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no errors.
